Ballroom Dancing for Beginners - Level 1
If you've never danced before, then this is the perfect course for you! Learn several basic steps in
the most popular and traditional social dances, such as Swing, Foxtrot, Waltz, Cha Cha, Salsa, Hustle,
and Polka! Each week we review and practice the steps from the previous classes, and then add new
steps. In just 4 lessons, you will be able to enjoy yourself out on the floor and have the confidence
to dance in front of others. This course will prepare you for dancing at a wedding or party, or any
other event where dancing takes place. If you're looking for a great way to spend quality time with
your partner and try something new together, then look no further . Classes are fun and easy! You'll
be glad you tried them!
Ballroom Dancing for Beginners – Level 2
Did you attend Level 1 and discover that you’re a better dancer than you thought you’d be? Are you
excited to learn even more steps and keep sharing your evenings with that special someone? Level 2
is a continuation of the Level 1 class. You’ll learn additional steps to make dancing together even
more enjoyable, and get tips for looking flashier on the dance floor. You’ll want to remember
everything learned in the last session, so we’ll keep reviewing and practicing those steps, too. You
successfully graduated from Level 1, so now keep dancing so you don’t forget how. You just might
discover a hobby you both enjoy doing together into your 80s and beyond! After this 4 week course,
your friends and family are sure to be impressed, and you’ll be hooked on dancing!
Details for Ballroom Dancing for Beginners - Level 1 & Level 2
At most locations, you may sample the first lesson for $15, and pay the balance if you wish to
complete the course. Cash or check accepted at the door the first night of class. Some hosting
districts require advanced registration & payment. Please contact Deanna for specifics on the class
you plan to attend.
Free repeat and makeup lessons available for two months at other Twin City locations.
Walk-ins welcome, but pre-registration recommended! Casual dress.
High school teens through adults of all ages may attend classes. Younger students are welcome if
accompanied by an adult with whom they will be dancing.

Retro Dancing- 1 Night Only (Currently, no classes scheduled)
Let’s dance back in time! From the 70s learn to “Do the Hustle” and the “Saturday Night Fever Line
Dance”, and from the 50s learn to do “The Stroll.” Bring a partner or come alone. Retro attire
welcome, but not required. Don’t have anything “retro” to wear? No problem. Just dress
comfortably. All ability levels and ages may attend, including brand new beginning dancers, adults, and
kids 12 and over (if accompanied by an adult).
Price: $15 per person or $25 per couple

Country Western - 1 Night Only (Currently, no classes scheduled)
Do you enjoy country music? Do you wish you knew how to dance when you hear your favorite songs?
If so, then join us for this one night “git-er-done” event. By the end of the class you’ll be ready to
Country 2-Step, Swing, and Waltz the night away. Instructor will provide a list of places to go
dancing. Class will be fun and easy, so give it a try!
